CodeOne Customer Day was once again a resounding success. Held in Lisbon and Porto, the 2025 edition of this important CodeOne event brought together dozens of professionals from the logistics, retail, industry and technology sectors for two days of sharing, solution demonstrations and high-level networking.
With a large turnout of customers, both meetings filled the rooms and exceeded all expectations, confirming the growing interest in technological solutions that truly transform operations.
CodeOne Customer Day 2025 was a stage for sharing, innovation and inspiration. At an event dedicated to bringing technology and logistics operations closer together, we presented some of the solutions that are transforming warehouses and distribution centres into smarter, more efficient environments that are ready for today’s challenges.
Among the topics covered by CodeOne, the following stood out:
Voice Picking
We demonstrated how voice picking technology improves productivity, reduces errors and frees operators’ hands, making the process more natural and ergonomic.
Pick to Light
Light-guided picking technology remains a favourite in high-turnover environments. We presented recent developments and their integration with other intelligent systems.
Integration of Voice Picking with PTL (Pick to Light) Systems – We showed real cases of integration between voice picking technologies and light systems, where the synergy between the two offers greater accuracy and speed in complex operations.
RFID
We talked about the potential of radio frequency identification in traceability and process automation, with a focus on its application in industrial and logistics environments.
Cold Chain Traceability
We explored solutions for real-time control of product movement in the cold chain, which are essential for ensuring compliance and quality in sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals.
In addition, we had the special participation of two customers, Logifrio and Midsid, who had the opportunity to showcase their solutions and partnership with CodeOne. In Lisbon, Customer Day 2025 was attended by Susana Ratinho, Senior Manager at Cross Logistics Consulting, who addressed the topic of optimising logistics operations and the role that technology plays in this process – and how companies such as CodeOne can be partners of choice on this journey.
The company brought together its customers in both cities for two days filled with presentations, market knowledge, news and plenty of networking. In addition to customers, CodeOne Customer Day 2025 was attended by world-leading manufacturers in this sector, Honeywell, Zebra and Datalogic. These companies gave presentations and demonstrations of solutions and equipment in the areas of Voice Picking, RFID and new identification technologies, with a view to the future of the solutions available for this market, namely with the growing use of Artificial Intelligence and its applicability.
The active presence of manufacturers allowed participants to interact directly with the technologies, clarify doubts and explore real-life applications.
In both editions – Lisbon and Porto – the final keynote speech was given by César Analide, Assistant Professor at the University of Minho; Researcher and founding member of ISLab – Synthetic Intelligence Laboratory, who shared some thoughts on the importance of artificial intelligence and synthetic intelligence in our lives and on the role of these technologies in the logistics operations of companies and in the market to which CodeOne and its guests belong.
CodeOne Customer Day 2025 was more than a technology showroom – it was a space for active listening, strengthening partnerships and jointly building solutions for the challenges of the coming years.
